Responsibilities
Generate new sales opportunities and maintain existing business relationships
Meet assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas while providing accurate CRM updates
Conduct negotiations and finalize sales contracts with clients
Supervise the installation of new products post-delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
Develop strategic business relationships and sales plans within the assigned territory
Qualifications
High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of 2+ years of related sales experience required, preferably in medical device or healthcare
Outstanding communication, negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills to supervise sales activity and understand market trends
Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment with strong time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Capital sales experience in a complex decision-making environment
High level of motivation, drive, curiosity, resilience, dedication, and integrity
Effective influencing skills with the ability to engage personnel ranging from nurses to C-level decision makers
