Manage post-sale relationships for a portfolio of accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
Drive product adoption and monitor customer health to mitigate churn risks
Collaborate with internal teams on renewals and upsell opportunities
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers
Maintain CRM and Customer Success tools for accountability and visibility
Qualifications (What is Required)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role within a SaaS company
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Proficiency in CRM and Customer Success platforms
Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts effectively

Experience in a customer-centric environment with a focus on delivering measurable value
Strong organizational skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and engagement strategies
