What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Partner with top customers to understand their unique challenges and customize solutions using the IoT platform

Develop joint success plans with customers, outlining objectives, metrics, and timelines

Conduct executive business reviews to assess past successes and align on future goals

Facilitate workshops to optimize customer operations with Samsara products

Mentor and support the Customer Success and Support teams, promoting cultural principles

What is Required (Qualifications):

4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role, preferably in Enterprise SaaS

Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence

Experience supporting or working with technical products

Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
