What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Promote and sell the employer’s products to prospective customers through outbound calls
Handle inbound calls from patients generated through healthcare professionals’ offices or marketing programs
Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert leads into shipped customers
Provide feedback and suggestions to support continuous process improvement
Coordinate day-to-day operations for the Inside Sales team and manage customer inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate’s degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to learn complex technical material, preferably in healthcare/diabetes
Experience in managing processes and resolving escalated customer contacts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Experience coaching colleagues in a team environment to improve selling and technical skills
Knowledge of diabetes and insulin pumps
Familiarity with Salesforce system
Flexibility in working hours
