What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and develop a sales territory consisting of Independent Agencies, optimizing growth potential
Influence agents to quote and sell products, executing sales strategies to increase market share
Complete strategic plans for agency assignments to identify opportunities and challenges
Maintain strong communication with agencies, providing support and ensuring staff training on products
Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team and agency operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three years of professional and influential work experience
Strong knowledge of Personal Insurance products
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Effective written and verbal communication skills for diverse interactions
Ability to analyze, diagnose, and influence agency behavior
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree preferred
Industry experience preferred, but not required
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Adept interpersonal skills for working with internal and external customers
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new programs
