What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and develop a sales territory consisting of Independent Agencies, optimizing growth potential
Influence agents to quote and sell insurance products, executing sales strategies to increase market share
Complete strategic plans for agency assignments, identifying opportunities and challenges
Communicate effectively with agency staff, providing training and support on products and processes
Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of professional and influential work experience
Strong knowledge of personal insurance products
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze, diagnose, and influence agency behavior
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree preferred
Industry experience preferred, but not required
Ability to multitask and drive results effectively
Adept interpersonal skills for working with internal and external customers
Quick learner of new programs and systems
