What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage and develop a sales territory consisting of Independent Agencies, maximizing growth potential
Influence agents to quote and sell the employer's products to customers
Complete strategic plans for agency assignments to identify opportunities and challenges
Maintain strong communication with agency assignments and drive results through effective collaboration
Perform additional duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 years of professional and influential work experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Solid knowledge of Personal Insurance products
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous sales experience in the insurance industry
Ability to analyze and influence agency behavior
Experience with agency diagnostics and segmentation
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external customers
