What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Deliver play-based, naturalistic ABA therapy to children ages 2-6 in a center-based environment
Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including speech, occupational therapy, psychology, and medical professionals
Coach and empower parents in their child's progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary
Maintain documentation that reflects ethical and compassionate care
What is Required (Qualifications)
Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification
Passion for early intervention and belief in play-based therapy
Strong communication and collaboration skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in early intervention settings or with children on the autism spectrum
Familiarity with the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
