Deliver play-based, naturalistic ABA therapy to children ages 2-6 in a center-based environment Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) Collaborate with other disciplines (speech, occupational therapy, psychology, and medical) to align therapy goals and family communication Coach and empower parents as partners in their child\'s progress Monitor progress, adapt treatment plans, and maintain documentation reflecting compassionate and ethical care What is Required
Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field Current BCBA certification Passion for early intervention and belief in play-based therapy Strong communication and collaboration skills Growth mindset aligned with the employer\'s core values: High Expectations, Belonging, Trust, Collaboration, Continuous Improvement, and Fun How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
