Responsibilities
Deliver play-based, naturalistic ABA therapy to children ages 2-6 in a center-based environment
Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including speech, occupational, and medical professionals
Coach and empower parents in their child\'s progress while maintaining compassionate and ethical documentation
Monitor treatment progress and adapt plans as necessary
Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification
Strong passion for early intervention and belief in play-based therapy
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in interdisciplinary teams in a therapeutic setting
Familiarity with the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) or similar methodologies
