What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Deliver play-based, naturalistic ABA therapy to children ages 2-6 in a center-based environment
Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (SLP, OT, psychology, and medical professionals) to align therapy goals
Coach and empower parents to support their child's progress and maintain ethical care documentation
Monitor treatment plans, adapting them as needed to reflect the child's needs and progress
What is Required (Qualifications) Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification
Strong commitment to early intervention and play-based therapy
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience working with children with autism or similar developmental challenges
