What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Deliver play-based, naturalistic ABA therapy to children ages 2-6 in a center-based environment
Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including speech, occupational, psychology, and medical professionals
Coach and empower parents to be active partners in their child's progress
Monitor treatment progress, adapt plans as necessary, and maintain accurate documentation
What is Required (Qualifications)
Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification
Passion for early intervention and belief in play-based therapy
Strong communication and collaboration skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with children with autism in a clinical setting
Familiarity with the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
