What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Achieve assigned territory sales quotas for hardware and disposable products.
Develop and maintain short-term and long-term sales plans, including an annual business plan.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential sales.
Provide in-service education and technical scope reviews to customers prior to sales.
Maintain organized account records in the company CRM, Salesforce.com, and provide required reports to management.
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience or prior experience with the employer.
College degree preferred.
Knowledge of medical technology products and competitive offerings.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic technical and clinical knowledge to competently discuss products.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the medical technology or healthcare sales industry.
Established relationships within hospital markets in the assigned territory.
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
