What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Achieve assigned sales quotas for hardware and disposable products within the hospital markets

Develop and maintain an annual business plan and pipeline of potential sales opportunities

Provide in-service education and technical scope reviews for customers prior to sales

Maintain organized account records and utilize the company CRM, Salesforce.com, for reporting

Spend an average of 3 days per week working in the field to meet territory sales expectations

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience or relevant experience with the employer

Knowledge of employer and competitive products

Strong strategic and customer-oriented selling skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

College degree preferred

Basic technical and clinical knowledge to competently discuss employer products

Intermediate computer skills
