What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Achieve assigned sales quotas for hardware and disposable products within the hospital market

Develop and maintain short-range and long-term sales plans, including an annual business plan

Identify new business opportunities and maintain an adequate sales pipeline to meet territory expectations

Provide in-service education and technical reviews to customers before sales

Maintain organized account records and track demo inventory using Salesforce.com

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience or prior experience with the employer

Knowledge of medical technology and competitive products

Strong strategic and customer-oriented selling skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Basic technical and clinical knowledge to competently discuss products

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

College degree preferred

Intermediate computer skills, particularly with CRM systems

Professional and ethical behavior in all interactions

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
