What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Achieve sales quotas for hardware and disposable products within the assigned territory

Develop and maintain short-range and long-term sales plans, including an annual business plan

Uncover new business opportunities and maintain an adequate sales pipeline

Provide in-service education to customers and ensure technical scope reviews are conducted prior to sales

Maintain organized account records in the company's CRM system and provide required reports to management

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience or prior experience with the employer

College degree preferred

Knowledge of the employer's and competitive products

Strong strategic and customer-oriented selling skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with the employer's product line and competitive landscape

Organizational and territory time management skills

Basic technical and clinical knowledge to discuss products competently

Intermediate computer skills
