What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Deliver play-based, naturalistic ABA therapy to children ages 2-6 in a center-based environment
Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including speech, occupational therapy, psychology, and medical professionals
Coach and empower parents to be partners in their child's progress
Monitor progress, adapt treatment plans, and maintain documentation reflecting ethical care
What is Required (Qualifications)
Master\'s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for early intervention and belief in play-based therapy
Growth mindset aligned with the employer\'s core values
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with children with autism in a clinical or educational setting
Knowledge of additional therapeutic modalities or interventions
Familiarity with interdisciplinary collaboration in treatment planning
Prior involvement in parent coaching or family support initiatives
