Responsibilities
Deliver play-based, naturalistic ABA therapy to children ages 2-6 in a center-based environment
Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals (speech, occupational therapy, psychology, and medical) to align therapy goals
Coach and empower parents as partners in their child\'s progress while monitoring and adapting treatment plans
Maintain documentation that reflects compassionate and ethical care
Qualifications
Master\'s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification
Strong passion for early intervention and belief in play-based therapy
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Growth mindset aligned with the organization\'s core values
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with children with autism or in a related field
Familiarity with the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) or similar therapy approaches
Prior experience in a collaborative, interdisciplinary clinical setting
Additional certifications in relevant therapeutic techniques or modalities
