Salary range up to $130,900 annually
Performance-based cash incentive awards available

Job Responsibilities
Manage and develop a sales territory consisting of Independent Agencies, optimizing growth potential
Influence agents to quote and sell the employer's products to customers, executing sales strategies
Complete strategic plans for agency assignments to identify opportunities and challenges
Maintain strong communication with agencies to drive results and ensure effective follow-through
Collaborate with internal teams to support agency operations and product knowledge
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of professional and influential work experience in sales
Bachelor's degree preferred
Solid knowledge of Personal Insurance products
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Prior industry experience is preferred but not required
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Experience in analyzing and influencing agency behavior
Capability to learn new programs quickly
