Provide play-based, naturalistic ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in a center-based environment Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans using the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including speech, occupational, and medical professionals Coach and empower parents to support their child\'s progress while monitoring and adapting treatment plans Maintain documentation that reflects compassionate and ethical care Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field Current BCBA certification Strong passion for early intervention and belief in play-based therapy Excellent communication and collaboration skills A growth mindset aligned with the organization\'s core values Preferred Qualifications
