What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Achieve sales quotas for hardware and disposable products within the assigned territory
Develop and maintain a business plan for sales growth, including a pipeline of potential sales opportunities
Provide in-service education to customers and ensure proper technical scope reviews prior to sales
Maintain organized account records in the company CRM, Salesforce.com, and provide required reports to management
Spend an average of 3 days per week working in the field with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience or prior experience with the employer
Basic technical and clinical knowledge to competently discuss employer products
Strong strategic and customer-oriented selling skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
College degree preferred
Familiarity with the employer and competitive products
Intermediate computer skills
