What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Achieve sales quotas for hardware and disposable products in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain short-range and long-term sales plans, including an annual business plan.
Uncover new business opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential sales.
Provide in-service education and technical scope reviews to customers prior to sales.
Maintain organized account records and documentation in the company CRM, Salesforce.com.
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience required or prior experience with the employer.
Knowledge of the employer's and competitive products.
Strong strategic and customer-oriented selling skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills for territory management.
Basic technical and clinical knowledge to competently discuss employer products.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
College degree preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce.com and intermediate computer skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional and ethical behavior in all business dealings.
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
