Job Responsibilities

Achieve sales quotas for hardware and disposable products within the assigned territory

Develop and maintain short‑range and long‑term sales plans, including an annual business plan

Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline of potential sales

Provide in‑service education to customers and conduct technical scope reviews before sales

Maintain organized account records and reporting through Salesforce.com, including expense reports and activity tracking

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience or experience with the employer

Preferred college degree

Strong knowledge of the employer's and competitive products

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with basic technical knowledge of products

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in medical device sales or related healthcare fields

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Salesforce.com

Strong strategic and customer‑oriented selling skills

Professional and ethical behavior in all interactions
