What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Achieve sales quotas for hardware and disposable products within the assigned territory
Develop and maintain short‑range and long‑term sales plans, including an annual business plan
Uncover new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline
Provide in‑service education to customers and ensure proper technical scope reviews prior to sales
Maintain organized account records in the company CRM, Salesforce.com, and provide required reports to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience
College degree preferred or relevant experience with the employer
Knowledge of the employer's and competitive products
Strong strategic and customer‑oriented selling skills
Basic technical and clinical knowledge to competently discuss employer products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience with the employer's products
Strong organizational and territory time management skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
Intermediate computer skills
