Manage and develop a sales territory consisting of Independent Agencies, optimizing growth potential Influence sales by promoting Travelers products and executing a sales strategy to increase market share Conduct agency diagnostics to identify opportunities and challenges, developing strategic plans accordingly Maintain strong communication with agencies to drive results and ensure effective collaboration Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall team objectives What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of three years of sales experience Bachelor's degree preferred Solid knowledge of Personal Insurance products Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Exceptional written and verbal communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
