Salary range up to $130,900

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage and develop a sales territory consisting of Independent Agencies, optimizing growth potential and exceeding profit objectives

Support independent agencies by identifying cross-selling opportunities and facilitating workshops

Execute sales strategies to grow Travelers' market share within agency assignments

Develop strategic plans for agency assignments, addressing challenges and implementing marketing strategies

Maintain strong communication with agency partners and provide training on products and automation processes

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of three years of sales experience

Strong knowledge of Personal Insurance products

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Ability to multitask and drive results effectively

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree preferred

Industry experience preferred, but not required

Ability to analyze and influence agency behavior

Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with both internal and external customers
