Job Responsibilities
Sell products and services to law firms and corporations across the United States
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas
Maintain high levels of activity through calls, emails, and in‑person meetings
Develop and execute strategies to build relationships with clients
Communicate the value proposition to clients and maintain accurate sales pipeline information
Qualifications
BA or BS degree required; JD is a plus
Proven track record in selling electronic discovery or litigation support services
Developed network of contacts in the legal and/or business marketplace
Strong business development skills including cold calling and account planning
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to Fortune 1000 corporations and AM Law 200 law firms
Deep industry knowledge with the ability to engage at trade associations and seminars
Strong relationship‑building skills with an emphasis on teamwork
Demonstrated ability to articulate service offerings effectively
