Responsibilities Achieve individual sales goals and maintain strong product knowledge across all categories. Deliver exemplary customer service by providing the ultimate Kate?Spade experience. Build personal connections with guests through effective selling skills. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and initiate business?driving events. Communicate client feedback to elevate service and sales. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including register count, bank deposits, and facility security.
Qualifications
Minimum 23 years experience in luxury goods or comparable retail environment. Bachelors degree in related field preferred. Strong communication skills and proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture. Elevated sense of personal style. Physical ability to stand extended periods, safely lift up to 50?lb, and climb ladders as needed. Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Salary
Base Pay Range:
$17.25 $18.50 per hour Benefits
