Client & Service Expert: Achieves individual sales goals. Develops strong product knowledge across all categories. Delivers exemplary customer service by providing the ultimate kate spade experience. Develops a personal connection with guests through effective use of selling skills. Leadership Presence: Achieves personal sales goals. Maintains extensive product knowledge. Partners with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and to initiate in-store business driving events. Building Brand Equity: Communicates the kate spade new york brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers. Builds strong client relationships as a brand ambassador. Relays client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate service and sales. Adheres to company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity. Operational Excellence: Performs and supervises store opening and closing procedures, including counting funds, making deposits, opening/closing registers, and securing the facility. Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Strong communication skills and a proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture; elevated sense of personal style. Physical Requirements
Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends. Standing for extended periods; able to lift up to 50 pounds; able to climb ladders. Company Policy
