Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the preparation, review, and management of contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and client engagement documents Ensure contracts comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices Maintain organized contract records and databases, including tracking key dates, deliverables, and obligations Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and business teams to support contract needs across the organization Monitor contract performance, address compliance issues, and assist with dispute resolution Support the development and implementation of standardized contract templates and processes Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contract terms and procedures Prepare contract summaries and reports for leadership review Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; paralegal or legal studies background preferred 3+ years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or related legal/operations role Strong understanding of contract law principles and risk management Proficiency with contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with proven ability to spot risks and discrepancies
