Madison, WI Responsibilities
Provide maintenance and support for Wisconsin Court System software and hardware. Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software across multiple locations throughout Wisconsin. Deliver technical customer support to court system employees and resolve technical issues efficiently. Perform field service tasks such as hardware upgrades and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability. Respond promptly to unplanned events like system failures or natural disasters affecting production systems. Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years\' experience in an enterprise IT environment. Proven ability to install, configure, repair, and maintain computer hardware and peripherals. Excellent customer service skills with strong communication and logical thinking abilities. Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware, and local and wide area networking principles.
