The position is for the IT Team and involves intermediate financial analysis work, including administering financial processes; reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating financial data; preparing reports; responding to inquiries; and recommending and implementing actions for financial accounting and budget planning in the IT Division. Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and evaluate financial data and perform budget monitoring, projections, and cost accounting for the agency IT program. Develop and maintain accurate and timely budget reports and assess the IT program’s operations and financial condition. Create models and methodologies to assist IT leadership with critical financial decisions. Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in accounting; or documented experience related to the KSAs for this position. 4+ years of experience in accounting, budgeting, and operational financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, and cost recovery in a mid-to-large-sized organization; minimum two years within an IT environment (experience in a non-profit or public‑sector organization is a plus). 4+ years of experience preparing budget and financial reports, developing operational budgets, interpreting operating results, and analyzing and researching variances. 4+ years of experience developing PowerPoint presentations to present monthly operating results and IT project status updates. 3+ years of experience developing ad‑hoc reports and dashboards with Power BI and Excel. 3+ years of working knowledge of business requirement logical modeling, physical database design, database, and some SQL. Compensation & Engagement

Compensation Rate: $52.00/hour. Length of Engagement: 9 months. Days/Hours: Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm (40 hours per week). Location: Austin, TX (78751). Start Date: November 17 (positions encourage early application). Benefits
