Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Ride-Sharing App Department! In this dynamic junior position role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our French-speaking users, providing them with exceptional support and assistance related to their ride-sharing experiences. Your proficiency in French will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This position is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. You will interact directly with users, helping them navigate the app and resolve any issues they may encounter.
Responsibilities
