Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, providing resources, identifying performance standards, measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly, developing contingency plans and demonstrating adaptability, and supporting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training, mentoring, assigning duties, building a team-based work environment, establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations, providing recognition and rewards, coaching for success and improvement, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission values and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application, ensuring compliance with them and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy. Ensures business needs are met by evaluating ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs and initiatives, consulting with business partners, managers, coworkers or other key stakeholders, soliciting and evaluating suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and participating in and supporting community outreach events. Manages multiple projects by defining scope of work and project objectives, establishing project activities, deliverables, milestones and timelines, coordinating planning activities and assembling management plans, tracking changes to plans and ensuring resolution of critical issues, managing governance of project plans, identifying resources, monitoring budgets and costs, and delivering presentations and status reports to stakeholders. Manages content management initiatives by evaluating and prioritizing content requests, designing, developing, automating and maintaining tools, templates and resources, collaborating with team to develop and implement intranet content, providing guidance on platform functionality and content quality standards, ensuring content and digital communications align with governance standards, auditing and tracking content variables and adapting methods to resolve audit concerns. Manages processes and procedures for areas of responsibility by analyzing data to identify standards, processes, governance and workflows, evaluating key business components to assess current performance baselines, identifying improvements, editing existing processes and developing improvement solutions, ensuring programs are simple and executable with manageable rollout plans, consulting with cross-functional teams for alignment, ensuring sustainability and communicating changes to stakeholders for buy-in. Manages behavior change and process improvement programs by evaluating change needs, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop operational strategy, providing guidance on policies and procedures, ensuring proper controls, tools and materials, and monitoring program performance against metrics, identifying post-implementation issues and gaining buy-in on changes.
