Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Representing a Top 25 Global Freight Forwarder Altius Talent is proud to be working with one of the world’s top 25 global freight forwarders to recruit an Export Coordinator for their growing Cincinnati operation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading international logistics business recognized for its strong global network, excellent culture, and commitment to customer service. The Role As an Export Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end export shipments while providing exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. You will coordinate with international partners, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely cargo movements. Key Responsibilities Coordinate ocean and/or air export shipments from booking through final delivery Prepare and review export documentation (commercial invoices, bills of lading, AES filings, etc.) Communicate with carriers, agents, and clients to track and update shipment status Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations and company procedures Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues quickly and efficiently Deliver accurate data entry and file maintenance within internal systems Qualifications 2+ years of export operations experience within freight forwarding or logistics Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation and compliance Familiarity with CargoWise or similar freight management systems (highly beneficial) Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment What’s on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a globally recognized logistics leader Career progression and professional development support Dynamic, supportive workplace culture If you’re an experienced export professional seeking to grow your career with a leading global forwarder, we’d love to hear from you.
