What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide inbound customer support focused on energy efficiency programs
Schedule visits, enroll customers, and provide education on program offerings
Support customers through various platforms including phone, chat, and email
Navigate scripts and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
Track personal performance data and progress in real-time
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center
Strong customer service orientation with a sales-focused attitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in an inbound/outbound sales call center environment
Proven ability to manage multiple platforms while providing customer support
No attendance or punctuality issues in prior roles
A proactive "How can I help you?" approach to customer interactions
