Responsibilities
Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure high quality, service, and cleanliness.
Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
Monitor safety, security, profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
Help assigned departments meet their targets and goals.

Qualifications
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
Passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
Must be 18 years or older.
