Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in Slovak via phone, email, and chat Assist users with questions related to ride bookings, account issues, and payment inquiries Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our customer relationship management system Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently Provide insights and information on app features and best practices Collect user feedback to identify areas for service improvement Engage in training sessions to stay updated on product features and service protocols Qualifications
Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and verbal Prior experience in customer support is preferred, particularly in technology or service-related fields Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with customer support tools and software Benefits
