Job Responsibilities: Provide inbound customer support focused on energy efficiency and utility services Schedule visits, enroll customers, and educate them about program offerings Navigate multiple platforms and support scripts to assist customers Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email Track personal performance data and progress in real time What is Required
High School Diploma or GED Bilingual in English and Spanish Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing environment Ability to type 35+ words per minute Strong customer service orientation with a focus on satisfaction How to Stand Out
