Position Summary The Tire & Battery Service Advisor is a full‑time entry level role where you will team‑up with your peers to deliver top‑tier service and support for Sam’s Club customers.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with teammates to fulfill sales & service requests, train peers on tools, tasks, and resources.
Demonstrate safety & compliance protocols, industry guidelines, service standards, and equipment operations.
Leverage digital tools, handheld technology, and TPMS to drive sales, enhance the service experience, and support associate engagement.
Communicate equipment needs, track returns & special orders, operate cash registers, and maintain accurate inventory and safety compliance.
Provide brand advocacy, deliver high‑quality service, and mentor new team members.
Utilize company policies, data, and resources to prioritize tasks, recommend improvements, and adapt to change.
Act with integrity, support Walmart’s values, and foster a culture of belonging.
Serve customers and members by putting the customer first and balancing short‑ and long‑term priorities.
Drive continuous improvement, embrace new technologies, and support change.
