Shift Manager at a McDonald’s restaurant operates under the ownership of an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the sole employer responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. All applicants understand that McDonald’s USA has no involvement in these decisions. Responsibilities
Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare the next shift. Help assigned departments meet their goals and meet shift targets. Qualifications
Prior experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate‑owned restaurant. Benefits
