What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Identify, document, and implement privacy controls across the organization

Conduct privacy risk assessments (PIAs) and data protection risk assessments (DPIAs)

Advise teams on control design and implementation to enhance privacy management

Manage and mitigate project risks while communicating status and timelines to stakeholders

Stay updated on global privacy regulations and best practices

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 4 years of experience in privacy management and risk management

Deep respect and passion for protecting individuals' data privacy

Solid understanding of global data privacy legislations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

Experience with privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs)

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

7-10 years of experience in privacy management, risk management, and project management

Experience in information security, data governance, privacy, and GRC

Consulting experience is a plus

Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree is a plus

Privacy or security certifications (e.g., CISA, CIPP, CIPM, CISM)
