About the Role As a Department Supervisor, you will support the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in the department and overall store. You will work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Support the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines.

Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.

Identify commercial opportunities and work with the Department Manager to act on them.

Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that your team can actively promote and sell products.

Promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.

Maintain correct routines in fitting room and checkout, including transactions, returns and exchanges.

Handle all admin routines for people and operations correctly.

Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, brands, and competitors, providing product and fashion knowledge to customers.

Retain and share knowledge with the Store team; collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser team.

Give and receive feedback; communicate to inform, motivate and inspire daily and weekly meetings.

Secure a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, maintain good stock levels, and uphold visual and commercial presentation.

Ensure the full garment cycle and fitting room routines meet internal standards and utilize tools and technology provided.

Follow best practices for OMNI Services and in-store tech services/tools.

Maintain price signs in-store and throughout the sales floor according to global and local strategies.

Update and upkeep BOH areas for all colleagues.

Responsible for opening and closing the store daily.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation : expected base salary range is 18.28–23.79 hourly.

Pay Status : Non‑Exempt, Hourly.
