Drive new construction ("green field") project pursuits and cultivate strong relationships with Consulting Engineers, General Contractors, and Mechanical Contractors. Combine technical expertise, strategic sales engagement, and project pursuit management to position Stark Tech’s solutions effectively within the construction market. Qualifications
Prior experience with Consulting Engineers, General Contractors and/or Mechanical Contractors. Technical aptitude (some technical education preferred but not required). Ability to build, grow and maintain relationships with Consulting Engineers, General Contractors, and/or Mechanical Contractors. Understanding and sensitivity to customer needs and requirements. Ability to manage time to schedules and deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Who are we?
