We are seeking a full‑time senior sales engineer in Canton, Massachusetts to spearhead new construction (green‑field) project pursuits and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders including consulting engineers, general contractors and mechanical contractors.

Responsibilities The

Senior Sales Engineer

is responsible for:

Driving new construction project pursuits and securing business opportunities.

Building, growing and maintaining relationships with consulting engineers, general contractors, and mechanical contractors.

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver technical solutions that align with client needs.

Managing project schedules, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations.

Providing technical expertise and engaging clients through strategic sales activities.

Qualifications – What We Are Looking For

Prior experience working with consulting engineers, general contractors and/or mechanical contractors.

Technical aptitude; some technical education preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Strong customer‑centric mindset with sensitivity to client needs.

Ability to manage time, schedules and deadlines.
