What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage highly complex projects and provide technical review and project management support for clients
Prepare engineering reports and make decisions on major proposals and contracts
Interface with federal and state regulatory authorities on complex projects
Develop and maintain internal and external client relationships through effective communicationLead and mentor technical staff while managing project teams efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a closely related field; MS or PhD desirable
Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience within professional consulting services
Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business
Ability to mentor less experienced engineers in applying engineering principles
