Close the loop and ensure all follow‑ups are handled per clinical process in a timely manner: confirm pharmacy preferences, process Rx, order labs and imaging, and ensure codes are added to orders.

Act as part of the clinic “air traffic control”: move patients from front to back, signal providers when the clinic is backed up, monitor the schedule, review the schedule nightly, brief providers, and think through day‑to‑day traffic requirements.

Practice personalized care: next‑day patient records, brief providers on nuances, capture and document patient nuances to help care teams.

Perform phlebotomy on patients as needed, upholding clinical guidelines.

Leverage lab review: ensure all labs are closed out each day following the system established by the Medical Director.

Maintain order and spotlessness of the clinic.
