Monday to Friday, 9:30 am–6:00 pm Compensation:
$27–$30 /hr DOE
Role Summary As one of Tia’s Medical Assistants you perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly. Core functions include rooming patients, collecting health information, messaging with patients, preparing examination rooms, and collecting & preparing blood and other samples.

Responsibilities
Ask questions to collect background story and leave notes for providers.
Review health summary with patients; ensure information is accurate.
Take patient vitals and record them.
Confirm patients’ current pharmacy preferences and update in TiaMD and DrChrono.
Order labs and imaging; ensure all diagnostic codes are properly added.
Move patients from front‑to‑back of house, coordinating with providers to manage workflow.
Monitor the schedule and brief providers on patient load.
Practice personalized care by reviewing next‑day patient records and communicating nuances.
Perform phlebotomy as required, following clinical guidelines.
Other “Nice to Have” Skills
Experience delivering care for women, including LGBTQ populations.
Background in data security protocols and HIPAA compliance.
Other Important Details
Willingness to work mornings, nights, and weekends if needed.
Authorized to work in the US.
