Manage highly complex engineering projects and provide technical review and project management support Prepare engineering reports and make significant decisions for major proposals and contracts Interface with federal and state regulatory authorities on complex projects Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and project oversight Lead, mentor, and develop technical staff while ensuring adherence to safety policies and practices What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or closely related field; MS or PhD desirable Minimum of 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience within professional consulting services Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to mentor less experienced engineers How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Reputation as a technical leader in the industry, regionally or nationally Experience managing client relationships and developing new business Ability to create and maintain project budgets Expertise in interpreting technical instructions and complex engineering reports Highly organized with strong multi-tasking abilities
