Manage complex projects and provide technical review and project management support Prepare engineering reports and make decisions on major proposals and contracts Interface with regulatory authorities on complex projects and oversee client contracting Develop and deliver client presentations and assist with marketing strategies Lead and mentor technical staff while managing project teams effectively What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or closely related field; MS or PhD desirable Minimum of 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience within professional consulting services Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret technical instructions How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Reputation as a technical leader in the industry regionally or nationally Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business Ability to influence others and mentor less experienced engineers Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities Familiarity with creating and maintaining project budgets We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
